Spotted this today on Examiner.com. A very positive review of THE GENESIS CODE, along with high praise for DarkFuse/Delirium for consistently putting out quality product and introducing strong new writers:

I can’t believe it. May is almost here, and with it will come THE GENESIS CODE. It’s almost surreal to think about it, that in only a couple of weeks my first novel will be out there for the world to see. I’m crossing fingers and hoping for a very successful launch…stay tuned for appearances and things like that.
Wrapped up Novel 2, aka THE JANUS LEGACY, and submitted it. Rather than just sit and wait, I started on a Novella. It has no name at the moment. None has come to me yet, not at all.
This is my first attempt at something of the novella length. I’ve been seeing some excellent examples of what can be done with that length work lately and I was tempted to try my hand at it while I wait to hear on JANUS and wait for the launch of THE GENESIS CODE with bated breath! I was really in the mood to go for the noir on this one.
THE JANUS BEQUEST. Feels good to have a name for it at last. The revisions are going well. It’s feeling very good…
UPDATE: THE JANUS LEGACY. There. There we have it. Much better, thank you Greg!
“Part dark corporate techno-thriller, part cautionary tale, THE GENESIS CODE is an electrifying debut novel made all the more horrifying because of how plausible it is in our ever-expanding computer age.
If you like the works of Michael Crichton and Robin Cook, you’re going to love Lisa von Biela!”

I’ve been working on my second novel, also a techno-thriller. This one will be set in Minnesota, as the intense cycle of seasons is crucial to the theme and the plot.
At this point, the first draft is complete, and I’ve just worked through what I want to do to it in the revision cycle.
Onward!
The excellent copy editors at DarkFuse have worked their magic and the book is being finalized now. I consider myself a pretty decent self-editor, yet they managed to find things I missed and had some very on-point comments. This is the first time I’ve seen a softcopy of the typeset version with the front matter, my dedication, everything in it. It looks terrific!
